2. Payments

Payments are accepted via Credit/Debit Cards

  • If you select to pay by Credit/Debit Card, please call us on 07964 169705 to arrange payment.
  • Once payment has been accepted, we will arrange for your products to be sent to you as soon as possible.

Bank Transfers - UK Customers Only

  • You can select to pay by Bank Transfer.
  • All of the information and details that you require will be sent to you via email once you submit your order.
  • Our Bank details will be in the section What To Do Next - How To Complete Payment.
  • The descriptor/text shown on your Bank Statement will show you have made a purchase from Seeds and Gifts.

Cash - We do not accept cash.

3. Prices

All prices are fully inclusive, the only additional cost is the Postage.

4. Delivery

UK Deliveries - Royal Mail Signed For
If you choose to have your order sent by Royal Mail Signed For you will still receive an email confirmation and when your order has been dispatched we will email you to let you know.

In addition, you’ll need to provide a signature when you receive your order. If you do experience any delays you can email us and we can check the status with the Royal Mail and email you back.

5. Returns

Please ensure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed.

We recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any issues which may arise.

Most things we sell are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, so just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, with your receipt and we’ll give you a refund.

Some items like opened seed packets, used items can't be exchanged or refunded, unless they're faulty.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Consumer Contracts Regulations

If you have ordered by internet (this website), your rights are protected under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, as they are referred to in full.
